Delivery

WHERE AND WHEN WE DO DELIVER

Goods ordered through this website can only be delivered to The Netherlands.

You can choose one of our two delivery methods:

GLS: 2-4 business days

Kiala: delivery to your nearest drop-off point for you to collect within 2-4 business days

Time is calculated from the time the order is placed.All orders placed before 11.00 am will be dispatched the same day.

We currently do not offer Express Delivery.

We are unable to deliver goods to P.O. Boxes.

Please note:

Although it is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

We are unable to redirect shipments once items have been dispatched.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges apply to your Order based on the type of delivery.

- GLS Standard delivery costs 5 €

- Kiala delivery: 0 €

We may, from time to time, apply free delivery promotions for limited periods.

TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes and duties are already included in your items costs. Delivery charges for Orders dispatched within The Netherlands are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of the order to the requested address.
